Tables on Subscriptions and InstallPlans page are in bad format when view on Mobile

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable OLM and login with cluster-admin to admin console
2.Go to Catalog Resources , Create Subscription to etcd. A subscription and InstallPlans will be created for your project
3.Check Subscription and InstallPlans pages

Actual results:
3.Subscriptions and InstallPlans are in bad format, see attachment

Expected results:
3.Tables should be in readable view for mobile
