Cause: The value of `initiator_target_map` in FC target data returned by VNX is None. Consequence: OS-Brick throws an exception preventing attachments. Fix: Removing the key `initiator_target_map` from the target data dict when its value is None. Result: Attachments on VNX FC without an initiator target map now work.
