Description of problem:
admin portal minor css issues with badges and drawers

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have a notification and notice the badge is red (not blue) and mis-positioned
2. open the alerts drawer -- x close icon in the top left

Verified in ovirt version 4.2.7-0.1.el7ev.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.7 release, published on November 2nd 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.7 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
