+install -p -m 644 contrib/mmkubernetes/*.rulebase %{buildroot}%{rsyslog_docdir}

then add this

%files mmkubernetes
%{_libdir}/rsyslog/mmkubernetes.so
+%doc %{rsyslog_docdir}/k8s_filename.rulebase
+%doc %{rsyslog_docdir}/k8s_container_name.rulebase
