Description of problem:
When assigning a tag to host, for example, to set a conversion host on RHV, sometimes the tag value window does not disappear after selecting a value from it. See attached value showing the bug.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compute --> Infrastructure --> Hosts --> look for specific host using search box.
2. Select the host check-box and click Policy --> Edit tags.
3. Select tag name and try to select a value.

Actual results:
Sometimes the value list window does not disappear after selecting a value.

Expected results:
Should disappear and value should be set.
