Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
exim-4.90.1-3.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
Initiate SMTP authentication using TLS(not startls) via port defined by param tls_on_connect_ports from MS Outlook 2016.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure exim with TLS, and port 465 with option tls_on_connect_ports.
2. Configure MS Windows 7 SMTP using Outlook 2016 with "SSL" option(maybe reproducable on other versions) and imap with tls.
3. Try to authenticate and send email.

Actual results:
 TLS error on connection from [X.X.X.X] (SSL_accept):error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)

Expected results:
<= test H=reverse.ip.com (MyPC) [X.X.X.X] P=esmtpsa X=TLSv1:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-SHA:256 CV=no A=login:test S=1144 T="Microso

Additional info:
This bug was resolved in version 4.91 "JH/37 Bug 2255"

I was able to compile 4.91 version and that bug has been already solved.

From the upstream homepage [1]:
"All versions of Exim previous to version 4.91 are now obsolete."

So I will probably rebase to 4.91.
