Description of problem:

In 4.2 version a new UI was presented.
The VM 'run once' dialog window still looks like it belongs to the 'old' UI view and should be aligned to the new view.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.3.0 master

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM
2. Select in the UI 'run once' option

Actual results:
The VM 'run once' dialog window still looks like it belongs to the 'old' UI view

Expected results:
The VM 'run once' dialog window should update to the new UI view.

This will be done as a patternfly-react component so it's reusable with VM Portal and other projects.

Unfortunately we don't have capacity to work on this.
