Setting needinfo on Gobinda to provide the playbook

Still we have some improvements in gluster-ansible role to support multiple devices with multiple Volume Groups and sac is working on it. Today I will give first phase of deployment playbook to QE which will have basic end-to-end deployment flow with vdo and non-vdo. Once sac is ready with improvement part then will provide final playbook.

 In doc only hosted engine parameters are described. We need to describe gluster_inventory.yml as well.
