If there is a hung VM, the user must contact the administrator to power off the VM. Current configuration includes start, suspend, shutdown, and reboot. The option to power off a VM was last in RHV 4.1. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RHV 4.2.5 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login to the VM Portal as admin@internal Actual results: Expected results: The user of the VM should have the ability within the portal to Power Off the VM without contacting the admin. When user tries to shutdown the VM, confirmation dialog appears and there is also Force option (that is the same as Power off in webadmin). verified in ovirt-web-ui-1.4.2-1.el7ev.noarch
