Description:
pysthools is a Python library that can be used to perform spherical
harmonic transforms and reconstructions, multitaper spectral analyses on
the sphere, expansions of functions into Slepian bases, and standard
operations on global gravitational and magnetic field data.

As far as I can see this package could also be able to generate a Fortran library, and not forgetting the man pages :-). Of course, you can create subpackages for those components later if you decide to do that.

fedora-review has no complaint (well it does but it is wrong/outdated).

The package is approved.
