Description of problem:
Unable to download logs file via "Download" button, no response

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create Builds
$ oc new-app centos/ruby-22-centos7~https://github.com/openshift/ruby-ex.git
2.Check build ruby-ex-1 logs on admin console
3.Click "Download"

Actual results:
2.No response, user is unable to download log files

Expected results:
2. Log files should be downloaded

For builds/pods logs, click "Download" could successfully download log files.
