Description of problem: Adding a zone on a cluster having a master zone. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 12.2.5-39.el7cp How reproducible: Hit once Steps to Reproduce: 1. Configure multisite with two zones zone1 and zone2. 2. Add a zone3 on a separate rgw client in the cluster site that has master zone configured. 3. Period pull from zone3 fails.
