Description of problem:

Enable the following options as per Bug 1599423 on volumes created via Cockpit

performance.client-io-threads on
client.event-threads 4
server.event-threads 4

In addition, "cluster.choose-local false" is beneficial, and is already covered in bz #1568297.

This bug has not been marked as blocker for 4.2.6 and we are in blockers only phase. Please review this bug and either block 4.2.6 release for getting this in or move it out to next version

As per Bug 1616270, we need the performance tuning options. So targeting this for 4.2.7. Parth, can you ensure your changes are in place?

Sorry again, but please wait with the changes. If the changes are going into gluster virt profile, we do not need to change the generated gdeploy config file.

Closing this - the changes are now made to gluster virt profile and not needed to be set explicitly via cockpit
