Doc Text:	rhosp-director-images are now multi-arch. OSP 13 now has overcloud full and ironic python agent images for ppc64le. The resulting rhosp-director-images were adjusted to accommodate this change. As a result, rhosp-director-images and rhosp-director-images-ipa are now meta-packages, with rhosp-director-images-<arch> and rhosp-director-images-ipa-<arch> rpms added for multi-arch support. Need to document the multi arch OC images


Previously we only had RPMS named:
rhosp-director-images
rhosp-director-images-ipa


Now, it's per architecture, for example:
rhosp-director-images-ipa-x86_64
rhosp-director-images-x86_64


We need to make sure it's properly documented. Using the old names results in:


rpm -ql rhosp-director-images
(contains no files)



rpm -q rhosp-director-images-ipa
package rhosp-director-images-ipa is not installed
