Description of problem:

Setting up Coverity scans for gluster-block and tcmu-runner.

This is going to be tackled in sprint 5. There are several moving parts here.

1. Create nightly builds for tcmu-runner
2. Create nightly builds for gluster-block consuming the tcmu-runner nightly builds.
3. Run gluster-block tests.
4. Run coverity builds
