Note that nbdkit is included in RHEL 7 starting with the soon to
be released 7.6 so it'll go away from EPEL 7 soon.

Make sense to me, but on CentOS + EPEL side this will be needed to cover in the meanwhile.

NB This update does not include nbdkit-plugin-vddk
(https://github.com/libguestfs/nbdkit/commit/8d7f7c26eb435334d7fa35e84ceee7d266dfae4c)
(However it *does* include Enhanced Python error reporting
which was the other major feature in RHEL 7.6).
