Description of problem: mingw-qt fails to build against updated mingw-openssl 1.1.0h. It's most likely that the easiest way to fix this is to synchronize the mingw-qt package with qt from Fedora. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): mingw-qt-4.8.7-8.fc30 Additional info: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=29269226

We'll need https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/qt/blob/master/f/qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.8.7-openssl-1.1.patch
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/mingw-qt/pull-request/1 successfully builds for me.
