Description of problem:

Future version of RHEL may or may not include docker-distribution (a lightweight docker registry that we currently ship on our Undercloud. This ticket is meant to track the any replacement efforts for this component.

In the past this component has been instack-undercloud but with the recent containerized Undercloud (OSP14) the installation of the docker registry is now driven by tripleo-heat-templates.
