Description of problem:
disable ctrl-c in tripleo client especially in the critical part of Removing/Uploading the plan files... doing it in those critical steps can have really serious consequences.

A workaround is to delete swift contener :

Mistral has been removed from tripleO and the uploads no longer occur in the background.
