Description of problem: While publishing VM to a Template only Request tab has fields to fill. Other fields (Purpose, Catalog, Environment, Hardware, Network, Schedule are empty). Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.10.0.12.20180822200426_5f6e52b How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create an infrastructure provider 2. Go to Compute -> Infrastructure -> Virtual Machines 3. Select any Virtual Machine under created Provider 4. Go Lifecycle -> Publish this VM to a Template 5. Check tabs on the page "Publish Virtual Machine" Actual results: Only Request tab has fields to fill, others are empty Expected results: All tabs have fields to fill Additional info: If we proceed and fill the mandatory e-mail on Request tab and click Submit, errors appear. And after the errors, fields on Catalog tab are visible.

What is the status of this fix? I am seeing the same bug when select "Clone this VM" -- empty tabs for the required forms.
Does this problem exist in 5.11.0? Asking because there were significant changes in the UI, pondering whether this is still an issue.
I checked again and I indeed see the difference. There are fields in all tabs, however two tabs that used to be there disappeared: Hardware and Network. I don't see them as early as in 5.10.0.33.20190129203322_85a1e4e and they are not there in 5.11.0.16.20190724210259_2b4aa51 as well. @John, can you please check if this a bug and when it was introduced?
I consulted with Angelina and I saw that those tabs (Hardware and Network) were present for VSphere providers, but not for RHV providers. Apparently they are not present in the RHV UI either, so we do not think this is a bug.
