Description of problem:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_virtualization/4.2/html/upgrade_guide/Upgrading_the_Manager_to_4.1_3.6 only lists

You must upgrade the Manager to 4.1 before upgrading it to 4.2.

For instructions on upgrading the Manager from 4.0 to 4.1 see the Red Hat Virtualization 4.1 Upgrade Guide.

This requires customers performing an upgrade from 3.6 to 4.2 to have the 3.6, 4.0, 4.1, and 4.2 upgrade guides. The documentation needs to be able to be followed from beginning to end without skipping around to other guides. 

This will assist support in providing a single document instead of 4 different guides per release, and will assist customers in airgapped/networkless environments from having to download all documents to complete an upgrade.
