Description of problem:
When navigating to Summary View on Details page with selenium, I am given an error page saying:

undefined method `description' for #<ManageIQ::Providers::Google::CloudManager:0x0000000015ca4670> Did you mean? subscription [ems_cloud/show]

How reproducible:
3/3

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Details of gce provider
2. Select Summary view
3. Error appears

Actual results:
Error while navigating

Expected results:
Landed on requested page

I can't reproduce any more.
