Duplicated the BZ as I now have a customer on OCP 3.10 with this same problem. The workaround from Sylvain worked for this customer.

This is identical to to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1599747 so we're requesting the exact same logs as mentioned in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1599747#c7:


Please provide the following:
- exact openshift version
- exact oc command invoked (possibly with -v=9)
- events connected with that removal
- what's being removed iow. what should I look for in the logs, currently the pod mentioned is not appearing in the logs
- all the logs as mentioned before from  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1600052#c31 and https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1600052#c36

OCP 3.6-3.10 is no longer on full support [1]. Marking CLOSED DEFERRED. If you have a customer case with a support exception or have reproduced on 3.11+, please reopen and include those details. When reopening, please set the Target Release to the appropriate version where needed.
