Michal, we need to ensure that https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/20784 is backported into OSE's 3.10 branch so it gets into an errata release.

Confirmed with the latest OCP version , the issue has fixed:

[root@dhcp-140-138 Downloads]# oc version
oc v3.10.124
kubernetes v1.10.0+b81c8f8
openshift v3.10.119
