Description of problem:

The gluster volume info and peer info are queried every 5 seconds leading to a lot of chatter. We can reduce this to a higher interval by default

Tested with ovirt-4.2.7.3
Gluster volume status and info are not queried too often. I could see that these details are queried every 3 minutes now.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.7 release, published on November 2nd 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.7 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
