With the need of python3 support for ovirt-hosted-engine-ha, and considering the best practices for Python packaging, we must create separated packages for ovirt-hosted-engine-ha, namely: python2-ovirt-hosted-engine-ha (providing ovirt-engine-lib for compatibility) and python3-ovirt-hosted-engine-ha. We before finish package for python3, there are still 2 packages that haven't ported to python3: 1. vdsm-python 2. sanlock-python http://fedora.portingdb.xyz/pkg/sanlock/
successfully deployed on python3, build http://bob-dr.lab.eng.brq.redhat.com/builds/4.4/rhv-4.4.0-31 ovirt-hosted-engine-ha-2.4.2-1.el8ev.noarch ovirt-ansible-hosted-engine-setup-1.1.2-1.el8ev.noarch ovirt-hosted-engine-setup-2.4.4-1.el8ev.noarch
