Description of problem:
 the packages filter dosen't work  on the catalogsources page

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install cluster enabled OLM
2. goto Operators-> catalogsources page
3. check the packages filter on the top-right

Actual results:
It does not work any more.

Expected results:
It should be work fine

checked the pages filter works well.
