parallel download of same image to creat bootable image is not happing and this will lead to unpredictable stack timeout even if we have bandwidth to downlaod the same
Parallel download of image to create bootable image should happen

Do we have a patched to cinder ?

I looked over the customer case, and from what I can tell they do not have cinder's image volume cache enabled. From the information available, I think the customer is hitting bug #1555188. The fix eliminates the synchronization lock entirely when the cache is disabled.
