Description of problem:

Please consider including the libvirt-admin package on RHVH so we can easily enable libvirt debug at runtime.

Example:
# virt-admin daemon-log-filters "1:qemu.qemu_monitor_json"
# virt-admin daemon-log-outputs "1:file:/var/log/libvirt/libvirtd.log"

Currently its not shipped on the RHVH image nor available via rhel-7-server-rhvh-4-rpms. Any of these would be fine.
