It may be possible to make Wireshark crash by injecting a malformed packet onto the wire or by convincing someone to read a malformed packet trace file. Not reproducible on RHEL6/7. Patch looks slightly applicable just due to the wmem_new0, but I'm guessing that may just be a memleak. No valgrind errors.
