New Disk dialog

Description of problem:
It is problematic to create a new Direct LUN FC disk as the list of the available LUNs is covered by the scroll bar and it is not possible to click on the LUN itself. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
    ovirt-engine-webadmin-portal-4.2.6
    All browsers 
    Windows 10 only

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Disks -> New
2. Click Direct LUN
3. Choose Storage Type: Fibre Channel

Actual results:
LUN name is covered

Expected results:
LUN is not covered
