IronicDefaultDeployInterface: 'direct' in undercloud.conf needs to be changed back to iscsi for osp14

Description:
Originally, RFE [1] adds default option but decided to not add this osp14 release


from test case:
(undercloud) [stack@undercloud-0 ~]$ openstack baremetal node show controller-0 -f value -c deploy_interface
direct

[root@undercloud-0 ~]# grep IronicDefaultDeployInterface /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/undercloud.yaml
  IronicDefaultDeployInterface: 'direct'
