Openscap scan errors out with below

Luckily, we've seen this before, specifically with Schedules: bug 1559459.
Solved by https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-providers-kubernetes/pull/244, 
fix verified in 5.9.2.3 (5.9 bz 1566529)
