Description of problem: The user mode dbus daemon cannot read the service file for org.selinux.Restorecond.service. The file is readable only by root. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): policycoreutils-restorecond-2.8-1.fc28.x86_64 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enable dbus-broker for user sessions 2. Reboot, or otherwise make sure dbus broker is running. 3. Check "systemctl --user status dbus-broker" Actual results: Cannot load service file '/usr/share/dbus-1/services/org.selinux.Restorecond.service' Expected results: No problem loading this service file. I don't know. It's like that from the very beginning of the file existence and it comes directly from upstream sources. I'll send a patch and fix it in Fedora.
