This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

In current dpdk package, librte_pmd_mlx4_glue.so and librte_pmd_mlx5_glue.so are built with debug symbols stripped.
Please backport the following 2 commits in order to avoid stripping debug symbols:

Stripping binaries at build time is usually a bad thing since it makes
impossible to generate (split) debug symbols and this can lead to a more
difficult debugging.
