Description of problem: The modal dialog presented when I ssh into a server with a key, says nothing at all about what is asking for my passphrase or why. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gnome-keyring-3.28.2-2.fc29.x86_64 libgnome-keyring-3.12.0-15.fc29.x86_64 gnome-keyring-pam-3.28.2-2.fc29.x86_64 How reproducible: Always This is a regression from Fedora 28 Steps to Reproduce: 1. Fedora 28 Server has ssh configured to only authenticate with keys 2. From Fedora 28 Workstation, ssh chris 3. Actual results: Modal dialog asking for password, but doesn't tell me what's asking or authentication of the purpose. See screenshot. Expected results: I should see something functionally similar to that on Fedora 28 Workstation, in the same situation. Also attached. Additional info:

Changing this to gnome-shell, I'm told the modal dialog is actually shell, not the keyring. I'm using gnome-shell-3.30.0-1.fc29.x86_64. I'm pretty sure the F28 shell is gnome-shell-3.28.3-1.fc28 (guessing from koji, the F28 I have is fully up to date).
Per upstream report, this is apparently a gjs issue... I'm on gjs-1.54.0-3.fc29.x86_64 .

This message is a reminder that Fedora 29 is nearing its end of life. Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 29 on 2019-11-26. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '29'. The upstream issue was closed some time back, I do not recall whether we applied the fix to F29, though.
Fedora 29 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2019-11-26. Fedora 29 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates.
