Having the same issue with a Citrix X1 Bluetooth mouse. It is detected, but the pointer doesn't move. FYI, I installed kernel-4.18.7-200 from koji and it did Not fix the problem.
Same issue with Bluetooth Xaomi MiMouse - buttons work but pointer doesn't move.
Also affects me with the Kensington Expert Wireless. Trackball buttons work but no movement. Downgraded to 4.17 for now.
I queued up the patch, should be in the 4.18.8 build (bug should get updated when that happens)
OK. I hope that happens sooner than later. My injured wrist isn't happy using a regular mouse.
I see kernel-4.18.8-200.fc28.x86_64.rpm kernel-core-4.18.8-200.fc28.x86_64.rpm kernel-devel-4.18.8-200.fc28.x86_64.rpm kernel-modules-4.18.8-200.fc28.x86_64.rpm kernel-modules-extra-4.18.8-200.fc28.x86_64.rpm are available in koji. When can we expect the corresponding kernel-headers?
FYI, I just now tested kernel-4.18.8-200 and my Kensington Expert Mouse Wireless Trackball now works as expected.
