Hey Harpreet, is this even possible today via the UI?

Comment 5 drew uhlmann 2019-05-07 13:44:56 UTC
Harpreet verified that you can in fact tag these suckers so I think both requirements stipulated by https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/blob/44a5b78b61c42b38a72832363dce65849a780eb9/lib/rbac/filterer.rb#L5 have been met and we could get that PR in comment 2 merged.

Comment 7 Antonin Pagac 2019-07-02 14:01:29 UTC
Appliance version 5.11.0.11.

I'm able to tag Switch as well as items in Port Group.
In order for an user to see the tagged items, the respective Provider and Cluster have to be tagged as well.
