Description Patrick Donnelly 2018-09-12 18:00:56 UTC
Description of problem:

If an export is too large, it may cause the MDS to fail its internal heartbeat checks. This will cause it to be removed by the monitors.

Reproducer to-be-created. See discussion: https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/23088#issuecomment-409754603

Comment 4 Patrick Donnelly 2018-12-13 03:49:06 UTC
Fix is in 3.2 already but we're delaying QE until we've stabilized multimds in a scale lab.

Comment 7 Giridhar Ramaraju 2019-08-05 13:12:18 UTC
Updating the QA Contact to a Hemant. Hemant will be rerouting them to the appropriate QE Associate.

Giri
