Description of problem:

MDS may crash when dumping ops in flight.

How reproducible:

Variable due to race conditions.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try running: `ceph daemon mds.<foo> dump ops` in parallel with workload testing.

Actual results:

Crash.

Expected results:

Ops dumped normally.
