Description of problem:
LifeCycle/Migrate VM does not work - fields do not populate on UI - UI is blank. 
Please see attached Clip

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.10.0.14

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add VMware Provider
2.Select checkbox for a VM under Compute -> Infrastructure -> Virtual Machines
3.Lifecycle -> Migrate Selected Item

Actual results:
See Clip

Expected results:
It should populate page with relevant fields so user can provide input and migrate VM.

On 5.10.0.19 I was able to migrate the VMware VM from one host to other, change datastores and also folder.
