Description of problem:

When using `ceph-volume lvm zap` against a logical volume with the --destory flag the command fails.

How reproducible:

100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. run `ceph-volume lvm zap` against an logical volume with the destroy flag. e.g. `ceph-volume lvm zap --destroy vg/lv`


Actual results:

Command fails with a traceback


Expected results:

Command succeeds and the lv is zapped and able to be reused.

Is it expected from ceph-volume to zap user defined lvs[1] also ?

[1] In these scenarios where user creates lvs and provide the name - https://github.com/ceph/ceph-ansible/blob/stable-3.2/group_vars/osds.yml.sample#L205-L219

Yes, the lvs should be destroyed. Even if they are user defined.

Working fine with 12.2.12-73, moving to VERIFIED state.
