Describe the issue : Two sections in install guide has the links pointing to acess.qa.redhat.com and they should be removed.

Section Number & Name : 3.1.3. Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and Red Hat Openshift Container Storage Requirements & 3.2.3. Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and Red Hat Openshift Container Storage Requirements

Suggestions for Improvement : Link which points to access.qa.redhat.com should be replaced with a link pointing to access.redhat.com
