Description of problem:
After lastest update on F29 I now get the following error when running dnf:

Error: SWIG director method error. Error detected when calling 'RepoCB.fastestMirror'

Error can be removed by setting fastestmirror=false in /etc/dnf.conf

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
by running a dnf update


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Open terminal
2.  Type dnf update
3.

Actual results:
Error: SWIG director method error. Error detected when calling 'RepoCB.fastestMirror'


Expected results:
Perform update
