Description of problem:

After upgrading to the latest patternfly version i.e. 3.51.1, css of the context switcher seems to be broken. 

Solution: 

Replace it with the new context selector - https://www.patternfly.org/pattern-library/navigation/context-selector/

Please note that one new npm package has been added in the UI for context selector plugin i.e. "bootstrap-select": "1.12.2"

Does this depend on BZ 1627988? If yes, link it that way.

Providing QA ACK, with the following condition:

Since there may not be enough time to fix and retest WA ui if serious problems
are discovered, we will follow the following *mitigation plan* in such case:
drop changes related to patternfly, branding from BU2 (BZ 1627651, BZ 1627988
and BZ 1629520 - and if that is not possible, drop all ui changes from BU2).

What was the css problem? In my setup I have context switcher with 3 clusters and it seems to work as expected. I attached a picture how it looks with my setup.

The context selector css is broken after upgrading the patternfly version. Attaching screenshot for the same.

From attachment 1505602 [details] can be seen how the context selector is moved and broken. With current release this problem is fixed as seen in attachment 1504722 [details]. --> VERIFIED
