Description of problem:
After cancelling provisioning dialog, there are two flash messages displayed. The first containing 'Add of new VM Provision Request was cancelled by the user', which is correct. But there is another empty one which should not be displayed.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have CFME with added infra provider. Go to provisioning dialog.
2. Do some changes and cancel the provisioning dialog

Actual results:
2 flash messages are displayed. One is correct and contains correct message. The second is empty.

Expected results:
Only one flash message should be displayed
