Description of problem:

Filing an RFE BZ for the downstream to get a feedback from the Engineering.

Customers requesting a feature for RHCS multi-site environment that allows users to control or disable bucket replication at object level using the S3 standard API. This feature request is based on Amazon API Put Bucket replication: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/API/RESTBucketPUTreplication.html.
