Description of problem:
During a long task (seen on VM live migration or live storage migration) the tasks panel show a blue bar for the running task without a real progress indicator; see the attached screenshot.
The same information is instead already available in other pages.

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start a VM migration or a live storage migration
2. check the tasks panel
3.

Actual results:
The task panel shows only a blue bar to indicate a running task without any progress bar there. The progress indicator is already available in other pages.

Expected results:
The tasks shows also tasks progress with a progress bar if the information is available.

Providing also an indicative ETA for long operations could also provide a great user feedback.
"Can you tell me when it will be ready?" is the most common question that internal customers ask to IT operators and the tasks panel could definitively help there.
