Restricting the case to static IP only. Waiting on hosted engine support for this configuration before moving to QE.

Test with build RHVH-4.3-20190115.0-RHVH-x86_64-dvd1.iso, hosted engine deployment with static IPv6 network failed.

So change the status to "ASSIGNED"

re-targeting to 4.3.1 since this BZ has not been proposed as blocker for 4.3.0.
If you think this bug should block 4.3.0 please re-target and set blocker flag.

Test with build RHVH-4.3-20190124.0-RHVH-x86_64-dvd1.iso, hosted engine deployment with static IPv6 network successful via CLI.
With cockpit UI, an issue is detected https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1669928

Test Steps:
1. Configure pure ipv6 static environment
2. Deploy hosted-engine using static ipv6 network in cockpit UI

Result:
Hosted engine deploys successfully.

And according to comment 10, this bug is fixed, change status to "VERIFIED"
