Description of problem:
Quite often, a build in copr fails disgracefully due to downloading issues during build dep resolution. Either repo sync fails, failing the whole build or a single package download fails leading to the same grim outcome. I suspect both issues have the same root cause. This is particularly disappointing when performing chain build of a large project such as Plasma Desktop, where build failure of one package screws up dozens of subsequent builds. Copr shall be more tolerant and if such error occurs, just try again.

Not a copr bug, but a dnf one (coupled with infrastructured issues). Sorry for the fuss.
